We have the privilege to offer this iconic ± 1600 ha Waterberg family farm for sale, with ample water sources and registered Waterrights (1 159 317m³ per annum), to create and maintain a textbook farming unit.
The property boasts the Mokolo River (± 10km)meandering through it and a secondary river joining to secure a great water source for many intensive farming opportunities. Strong boreholes add to the water supply.
The current utilization includes but not limited to, citrus, pecan nuts and animal husbandry with a strong Bonsmara herd of cattle well adapted. The designated pivot areas are currently planted with pastures and grasses to sustain the cattle farming.

This property would be ideal as a game breeding farm with some of the more valuable species and or, as it currently is used as a stud cattle, or milk and fodder producing farm. Free roaming game like kudu, bushbuck, warthog and other small game are present on the property. The river have good bass, tilapia and carp fishing opportunities and the farms boasts a prolific bird life with all the water.

There are 5 weirs in the rivers and two concrete dam walls which holds masses of water from which water can be retracted, some currently commissioned and others not. A well planned pumping and irrigation system is in place, with pump houses, filter systems, and main feeding pipe lines, to reticulate and supply to the different plantations and towards the pivot areas.
