There are two portions bordering each other directly – 3731ha Game Fenced Portion and 4230ha is cattle fenced.

2) FARM TYPE AND OWNERSHIP

Game Farm (Hunting) and Cattle Farming. Leasehold Property with 50-year leases with the option the renew lease for an additional 50 years. The Lease on one portion started in 2009 and the other portion started in 2018. The leases are registered in two Botswana Companies and the Purchaser can buy the shares in the current Companies just as they are. Additional is a fourth Tent – an unforgettable Kalahari experience. This Tent an elevated luxury tent, built on a platform and overlooking a water hole. Airstrip: The airstrip is exactly half way from Maun to Gaborone’s and can be seen by Air Botswana on their flight route (Might be a possibility to fly clients from Gaborone’s to camp instead of Maun, a lot cheaper. For an extra BWP1500-00, you can upgrade to larger aircraft.

7) GAME

There is free roaming game which includes the natural and common game like: Kudu ±80 – 100, Impala ±150 – 200, Oryx ±100 – 120 Eland ±100 – 120 B/W Beest ±20 – 30 Zebra ±60 – 80 R/H Beest ±15 – 20 Warthog ±30 – 50 Species like Bat eared fox, Caracal, Jackal, Duiker, Bushpig, Rock rabbit, Porcupine, Pangolin, Vervet monkey, Yellow mongoose, Honey badger, Hedgehog, Lesser bush baby, Tree squirrel etc. also occur here on the farm. This farm has exceptional nocturnal life. Other Game coming through from Central Kalahari Game Reserve: Lions Elephant Cheetah Spotted Hyena Leopard Brown Hyena and Wild Dog. Birds: Bird population the best I have ever seen: Guinea fowl, Sand grouse, Doves, Francolin and all raptor birds just to name a few.

8) FENCING

This farm is fully game fenced according to the requirements of the Department of Nature Conservation. There is electrical Game Fencing in good working conditions.
